Before I could do it for others… I had a point to prove to myself.

My fitness journey started at a time when I felt complete lack of control over my own life. I was able to take myself from a little over 180lbs & 30% body fat, to 160lbs & 24.9% body fat! Now, I’m able to lift more than my body weight, my spinal issues have improved (reducing the headaches I had since I was a kid), my knee pain is reduced & my digestive system functions so much better.
