Andrewn is proof that it’s NEVER “too late” to make a lifestyle change. Some family things kept Andrewn out the gym for a while but in her first month back, her body fat percentage was down by 7.6%! The month after that she was down by 2.1 pounds and had lost 1.2% body fat My ultimate goal is to still instill better habits in clients so they can create a new lifestyle I could see changes in Andrewn's confidence as she trained for her birthday trip and photoshoot in Turks and Caicos. Her fitness journey helped her feel good in her own skin and her trip was a success!
